Returns Policy

  • You must report defects within 48 hours of the delivery date. After 48 hours all sales are final.
  • In order to qualify for a return, units must be unused with original packaging.
  • If you have a question or need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product.
  • We will work with you to solve any concerns that you may have.
  • The purchase of either a custom item or a live drop item is a binding commitment and cannot be refunded or returned. 
  • Original Shipping costs and credit card fees are not refunded.
  • Returned Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
