Warranty
- Our products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
- The warranty does not cover user errors. (drops, chips, cracks, breaks, improper use)
- Our products are made of quartz and glass; which is fragile and very brittle.
- To qualify for the warranty, the product must be unused. If it is used, we will handle each product on a case by case basis.
- If you believe your product is covered by the warranty, please reach out.
Shipping
- Majority of the products on our site are made to order. Made to order items may take up to 4 weeks of production. Please reach out to us if you'd like to inquire about a specific item.
- Please double and triple check that you order the correct size and angle, changes after an order has started production will incur additional charges.
- All of our orders are shipped discretely and are virtually BOMBPROOF. Small Werld Glass is not responsible for lost packages or damage caused during transit.
- We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship everything via USPS, UPS or DHL.
- We only ship during weekdays.

- The expected processing time for most orders is 7-14 days. All made to order items will take longer than 14 days.
- Orders greater than $300 in value will ship with a signature required.
- Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order, extra charges will apply.
DHL Express Worldwide (International):
- Super fast international shipping speed. signature required.
