ESB Quartz Insert - 24/2mm

Prolong Quartz Longevity: 

When used properly an Evan Shore quartz insert will be sure to extend the life of any banger. When placed into a hot banger or the heat is transferred to the quartz insert. All of the wear and tear is contained within the insert.

Sizing Explanation:

The 24/2mm insert means it is 24mm in diameter with a wall thickness of 2mm. This insert is intended to be used with XXL 30mm bangers. The inside diameter of the banger should be no smaller than 26mm.

How to Use (Two Methods):

1. Heat up the quartz as normal without the insert inside. Wait approx. 5-10 seconds. Place insert into hot banger with cap on top. Adjust Timing as necessary.
2. Heat up the quartz with the insert inside. When hot, remove heat and place the cap on top.
