Warranty

  • Our products are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty only covers manufacturing defects.
  • The warranty does not cover user errors. (drops, chips, cracks, breaks, improper use)
  • Our products are made of quartz and glass; which is fragile and very brittle.
  • To qualify for the warranty, the product must be unused. If it is used, we will handle each product on a case by case basis.
  • If you believe your product is covered by the warranty, please reach out.

Shipping

  • Majority of the products on our site are made to order. Made to order items may take up to 4 weeks of production. Please reach out to us if you'd like to inquire about a specific item.
  • Please double and triple check that you order the correct size and angle, changes after an order has started production will incur additional charges.
  • All of our orders are shipped discretely and are virtually BOMBPROOF. Small Werld Glass is not responsible for lost packages or damage caused during transit. 
  • We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We ship everything via USPS, UPS or DHL.
  • We only ship during weekdays.

Shipping & Handling:

USPS:

  • The expected processing time for most orders is 7-14 days. All made to order items will take longer than 14 days.
  • Orders greater than $300 in value will ship with a signature required.
  • Please contact us if you would like to add insurance to your order, extra charges will apply.

DHL Express Worldwide (International):

  • Super fast international shipping speed. signature required. 

Returns Policy

  • You must report defects within 48 hours of the delivery date. After 48 hours all sales are final.
  • In order to qualify for a return, units must be unused with original packaging.
  • If you have a question or need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product.
  • We will work with you to solve any concerns that you may have.
  • The purchase of either a custom item or a live drop item is a binding commitment and cannot be refunded or returned. 
  • Original Shipping costs and credit card fees are not refunded.
  • Returned Items may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
